1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, with original tags and in original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged, broken, altered, or tampered with.
Health, nutrition, and consumable items cannot be returned if opened due to safety standards.
2. Conditions for Refund Approval
A return request will be approved only if:
The item delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
Packaging and product are intact and match the return guidelines.
You provide required photos/videos of the issue (for quality verification).
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
After approval, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2 days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Orders paid via COD will be refunded via UPI/Bank Transfer after confirmation.
4. Return Shipping
If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
For all other return reasons, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed; you may request a return after delivery as per policy.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
Used or partially consumed products
Opened sealed packs
Damaged products caused by the customer
Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
Products returned without original packaging or tags
